USAID Supports Professional Development of the High Council of Justice Secretariat Leadership

The High Council of Justice (HCJ) with the support of the USAID New Justice Program started a series of training programs for the HCJ secretariat management team to further develop their professional, management and organizational skills. The training program will include five training sessions on personal and team efficiency and effectiveness, leadership, human resource management, internal and external communications, and strategic planning.

During the first training which took place on September 7 and 8 the participants gained practical skills and tools of time management, devolving and distributing duties for quality assurance purposes, learned to use a proactive approach to be successful personally and professionally, to set goals in a daily work and find proper means of attaining them and to prioritize tasks properly.
