Chief Judge Leadership Program Piloting

The USAID New Justice Program will support the National School of Judges in piloting of the Chief Judge Leadership Program. The program is designed to help chief judges develop a leader’s philosophy, identity, communication, behavior, thinking, and demeanor. It is also aimed to call forth the essence of the chief judge as a leader and apply it to conducting the business of co-leading with the court administrator, deputy chief judge, meeting of judges, and deputy court administrator.  It seeks to help chief judges lead through governance, policy development, and systems planning and management.
