Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, with support from the USAID New Justice Program, organizes the online discussion titled “Opportunities and Challenges for Digitalizing Justice in the Time of Physical Distancing” for representatives of the legal community in Ukraine.
This event is intended:
- to raise awareness and build a better understanding of instruments for online dispute resolution based on the tools developed/being developed in Canada, Estonia, and Ukraine;
- to discuss the challenges and opportunities in transitioning to online dispute resolution in the time of Covid-19 pandemic;
- to identify approaches to engaging law schools, bar associations, and other legal ecosystem representatives in developing and promoting online dispute resolution instruments.
