The USAID New Justice Program will support the National School of Judges with conducting training of trainers for judges on international humanitarian and international criminal law application in cases related to armed conflict on the territory of Ukraine.

During the event, judges-trainers can acquire not only knowledge and skills in the application of International humanitarian law and International criminal law in cases related to armed conflict, but also receive methodological and teaching guidance and advice on how effectively deliver this course. The course is designed as a 2-day training course using interactive methods of training the adult highly professional audience. The structure and content of the course are conditioned by the context of Ukraine’s consistent fulfillment of its international obligations, in particular as regards the Geneva Conventions and the Additional Protocols thereto.
