Request for Quotations on Interpretation Services

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

The international technical assistance project USAID Nove Pravosuddya Justice Sector Reform Program (short name/title is USAID New Justice Program) through issuing this Request for Quotations (RFQ) intends to invite proposals/quotations from qualified, registered accordingly to Ukrainian legislation and well reputed vendors specializing in simultaneous, consecutive and chuchotage translation services.

The Nove Pravosuddya Justice Sector Reform Program is an international technical assistance project funded by United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by Chemonics International Inc. in Ukraine. The goal of the Nove Pravosuddya Justice Sector Reform Program is to create the conditions for an independent, accountable, transparent and effective justice system that upholds the rule of law and is empowered to fight corruption.

The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit quotations for simultaneous, consecutive and chuchotage translation services for English and Ukrainian to support the operational activity of the New Justice Office, ensure translation for Program experts and participants of events carried-out by the Program in different locations within Ukraine in hybrid and online formats.

As a result of this RFQ, New Justice Program anticipates issuing a Blanket purchase agreement (BPA) — or, possibly, multiple BPAs — to establish specific parameters for ordering these services.

Interested companies or organizations should send their quotations to the Program email office@new-justice.com  by 17:00 PM local Kyiv time, April 15, 2021. The attachment contains detailed description of this RFQ, services specifications, requirements to vendors, instructions on preparing and submitting RFQs, and forms of relevant documents.
