Webinar “Managing Challenging Family Law Cases”

On May 12, 2021, the National School of Judges, with assistance from the USAID New Justice Program, and cooperation with the National Judicial College, Reno, USA, conducted the second webinar in the third series of open webinars for judges, judicial clerks, and court staff on “Managing Challenging Family Law Cases”.

After this 120-minute webcast, participants should be able to:

  • Summarize the key aspects of the U.S. justice response to the challenging family law issues;
  • Learn to apply tools to preside over challenging family law cases, whether litigated matters are related to custody and children or businesses and property.
  • Learn to use case management techniques to communicate with all litigants, including self-represented, more efficiently.
