Webinar “Therapeutic and Problem-Solving Courts in the U.S.”

On June 15, 2021, the National School of Judges, with assistance from the USAID New Justice Program, and cooperation with the National Judicial College, Reno, USA, conducted the eighth webinar in the third series of open webinars for judges, judicial clerks, and court staff on “Therapeutic and Problem-Solving Courts in the U.S.”

After this 120-minute webcast, participants should be able to:

  • Know history and development of therapeutic and problem-solving courts;
  • Know principles required for problem-solving courts to be effective;
  • Understand the operation and key components of problem-solving court programs;
  • Understand a judge and interdisciplinary team role by handling cases.
